Shop Update
This week I will be adding new styles, and updating all of my photographs in my shop!
I like that my shop has a unified feel, that I am wearing black in all of the photos, but it makes it difficult to photograph any of my darker colored scarves.
I am thinking of re-photographing all of my scarves with me wearing a white shirt, rather than black.
I am also going to be changing the location of where I photograph in my house, in hopes that it has better and consistent lighting throughout all of my photos.
Testing color & lighting.

Flashback Friday.
This was last Summer when I was making clutches for Anthropologie!
This was one of styles I made.
I also did an Oatmeal & Butterscotch version with a flap.
Fabric for the lining of the clutches.
Middle of the process.
Tags!
All of the clutches complete!
In total, I made 150!
Finding them IN STORE!
Ahhhhhh!
This was such an amazing project!
I am so happy & grateful I was given the opportunity to work with Anthropologie.
Having my handmade items in-store & online was such an accomplishment for me & SO EXCITING to do!
Writing this post makes me so nostalgic.

The Lyon
A few months ago I added this throw blanket into my shop because I had made one for a Christmas present and really loved how it turned out!
& Recently I received a message via etsy for a lovely woman who wanted this throw blanket for her bed, however, she wanted it for her California-King sized bed.
Which is HUGE! But I was up for the task to make this huge massive blanket. Why not?
Here's how it turned out:
Here's a photo I posted on my Instagram while I was still working on the blanket.
This is about the half way point.
This was such an amazing project & I'm really happy about the way it turned out!

Blog Mentions...
One day I randomly googled my shop name and was amazed at how many things showed up!
These are mostly blog mentions, etc.
It's pretty amazing to see this much content actually show up referring to my shop and all the sweet things people have to say about it!

Spare Yarn
If you knit or crochet, you have at least one bin or basket like this in your house.
I happen to have about 4 of these around my workspace.
Some people might toss the small amount of spare yarn that they have at
the end of a project, but I always keep mine. I'm not sure if it's a normal thing to save it, or if it's just the
inner hoarder in me, but I always, or usually find a use for it! Or so I think..

This was actually from a few months back, but I didn't see it when it was published.
But lo and behold - The Colmar Clutch was featured on the Etsy Blog!
